Portfolio Rebalancer & Record of Advice tool

Information entered into the Portfolio Rebalancer (such as client names, holdings, and portfolio values) is processed in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers while you use the calculator, generate a PDF report, or export a CSV file.

When an adviser uses the Generate ROA feature, the recommendation data and the details entered into the ROA wizard (which may include client names and financial information) are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on our server so the Record of Advice can be drafted, validated, and retained as a record. Access to this feature and its stored records is restricted by an access key issued to authorised advisers.

Stored ROA records and generated documents are retained for record-keeping purposes and are stored on infrastructure provided by our hosting provider. They are not shared with any other third party. Content security controls restrict the website so that the data you enter cannot be sent to any destination other than our own server and the named service providers used to operate the site (our hosting provider, web fonts, our contact-form processor, and public market-data sources — none of which receive client portfolio or ROA data).
